DESCRIPTION:Deepen your understanding\, refine your skills\, and gain confidence in applying your knowledge to more advanced challenges in real-world scenarios. \nLevel 2 builds upon the introductory knowledge in our Level 1 course and provides a greater level of detail. \nHydrogen Safe offers the UK’s first Ofqual registered hydrogen qualification. \nThe training can be delivered independently or as an additional ‘credit’ to other training provision or professional development plan within an education environment or business. \nIt is inclusive and flexible to encourage as many people as possible to equip themselves with the skills they will need to work in the green energy sector. \nThe Level 2 course is split into two units. \nUnit 1: Hydrogen Fundamentals \n\nModule 1 – Understand the production properties of hydrogen\nModule 2 – Understand the requirement for safe storage and transportation of hydrogen\nModule 3 – Understand current hydrogen policies and the benefits of hydrogen adoption\n\nUnit 2: Hydrogen Safety \n\nModule 1 Know the principles of risk assessment in the context of safe storage and transportation of hydrogen.\nModule 2 Know the importance of safe manual handling in the workplace\, specifically in relation to the storage and transportation of hydrogen\nModule 3 Understand the risks to health associated with working with hydrogen\nModule 4 Know the importance of working around hydrogen safely.\n\nCourse FAQs\nAm I suitable for this course?\nThis course is suitable for professionals\, educators\, staff or apprentices with prior knowledge or potential direct/future contact with hydrogen. \nWhat will I learn?\nUpon completion of the Level 2 Award\, you will have a more detailed insight into hydrogen production methods\, properties and safety practices when working with\, storing\, and transporting hydrogen. \nWhat are the entry requirements?\nThis is an entry level qualification and therefore there are no entry requirements. \nWhat is this hydrogen qualification? \n\nLevel 2 Award in Introduction to Hydrogen Safety Practises\nQualification Aim Reference: 610/3052/1\nThis is an Ofqual regulated qualification\nThe Awarding Organisation is TLM.\n\nHow soon will I complete this course?\n3 days of guided study with a specialist training instructor.
